How quickly will I notice a difference in my child?

Every child is unique, but here's what most parents observe: some parents notice small improvements in mood and fewer meltdowns within the first few weeks. How is this different from a regular multivitamin? 

Great question! Most multivitamins simply fill dietary gaps by providing essential nutrients. We takes a completely different approach. Instead of just adding more vitamins, our sulforaphane actively supports your child's brain health by helping the body combat oxidative stress - one of the factors that can impact focus and behavior.

Are there any side effects I should be aware of?

We designed to be gentle enough for daily use. The vast majority of children take it without any issues at all. Occasionally, some children might experience mild digestive adjustments in the first few days as their body gets used to the broccoli sprout compounds - similar to what might happen if they suddenly ate a lot more vegetables. If your child has specific sensitivities or is on medication, it's always a good idea to check with your pediatrician first, just to be safe. We're all about happy, healthy kids!

Will my picky eater actually take these gummies?

This was our biggest challenge to solve - and the one we're most proud of cracking! After extensive taste testing with real kids (including some serious picky eaters), we created delicious apple flavor gummies that children actually ask for. Many parents tell us they're shocked when their children remind THEM it's time for their "special gummies."  If your child is particularly selective about tastes and textures, try introducing our product as a special treat rather than a supplement. This simple approach works wonders even with the pickiest eaters we've encountered!

Why can't I just feed my child more broccoli instead?

We love broccoli! But there are a few challenges: First, your child would need to eat about 2 pounds of broccoli every single day to get the sulforaphane equivalent to two gummies. (If your child willingly eats that much broccoli daily, please tell us your secret!) Second, cooking destroys most of the sulforaphane in vegetables. And third, the body only absorbs a small fraction of sulforaphane from food. That said, we still encourage plenty of veggies in your child's diet for all their other amazing benefits!

How many gummies should my child take, and when?

The recommended serving is 2 gummies daily. They can be taken any time of day, with or without food - whatever works best for your family routine. Some parents find mornings work best, as the protective benefits can support their child throughout the school day. Others prefer evenings as part of the bedtime routine. The most important thing is consistency - daily use provides the best results. 

Do our products contain any allergens or artificial ingredients?

We created gummies with sensitive little bodies in mind. It’s carefully formulated without major allergens like gluten, dairy, soy, nuts, eggs, and wheat. We also said a firm "NO" to artificial colors, flavors, preservatives, gelatin and high-fructose corn syrup. Just clean ingredients that you can actually pronounce and feel good about giving your child daily.

I'm concerned about the sugar content of gummy supplements. What's the sugar content in ours?

We share your concern about sugar! Most children's gummies on the market contain up to 8 grams of sugar per serving! Our gummies contain just 1g of sugar per serving – significantly less than leading brands.
